烧结工艺对金刚石锯片65Mn钢体组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 金刚石锯片靠钢体支撑刀头来切割石材,因此钢体材料的力学性能对金刚石锯片有很大影响。由于65Mn钢较好的综合性能,大多数厂家采用它作锯片钢体。但钢体在锯片刀头的烧结过程中,发生了组织与性能变化,从而影响其支撑刀头的强度与刚度,严重时发生变形,影响切割质量和使用寿命。本实验根据生产单位锯片的不同烧结工艺,研究了65Mn钢体在800℃、 820℃、840℃、860℃和880℃分别保温30~60min后炉冷的组织与力学性能。结果表明:在860℃保温40min炉冷后,65Mn钢体仍具有良好的力学性能。
【Abstract】 The diamond saw blade is supported by matrix when it is incising stones; so the mechanics of matrix affect its performance deeply. For its better comprehensive performance, 65Mn steel is adopted as matrix for diamond saw blades commonly. But its structure changes after the matrix processed, and its performance changes. These will affect the quality of incision and durability of diamond saw blades. According to the different sinter procedure of diamond saw blades, 65Mn steel matrix is heat treated by heat preservation at 800℃, 820℃, 840℃, 860℃ and 880℃ for 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes respectively, observe there structures and test theirperformances. Results indicate that the matrix still have good performance after annealingal 860℃ for 40 minutes.
