超临界条件连续操作制备生物柴油的研究

【摘要】 生物柴油是用动植物油脂或长链脂肪酸与甲醇等低碳醇合成的脂肪酸酯, 是一种新兴的替代能源。本文在压力9~21MPa,温度260~400℃的超临界甲醇条件下在连续化装置中制备生物柴油进行了探索性研究。讨论了不同的反应时间、温度、压力及摩尔比对大豆油转化率的影响,得出了优化反应条件。在不同的反应温度和反应时间的条件下利用连续化反应装置进行间歇操作,结果表明在连续操作条件下反应物的混合状况对酯交换反应影响很重要。在甲醇中加入有机共溶剂可提高甲醇与大豆油的互溶性,降低甲醇的临界点,使醇油的混合效果更好, 本文在甲醇中加入共溶剂四氢呋喃进行了实验,结果表明,共溶剂四氢呋喃的加入可以相应的提高产物中生物柴油的含量。
【Abstract】 Biodiesel, an alternative diesel fuel, fatty acid alkyl ester, is prepared from renewable biological sources such as vegetable oils and animal fats. In this paper the experiment was carried out in continuous flow tubular reactor, the pressure from 9MPa to 21MPa and the temperature from 260℃ to 400℃, the influence of conversion of soybean oil bring about different reaction time, temperature, pressure, and molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil were discussed, and find the optimum reaction condition.a discontinuous experiment was carried out using continuous flow tubular reactor system, The results show that the reactant blend state is important to transesterification in supercritical continuous operation also. A co-solvent added to methanol, which can increase the mutual solubility between methanol and soybean oil and decrease the supercritical point of reaction system, makes soybean oil and methanol blend well. In this paper the experiments of transesterification of methanol and oil were carried out by using tetrahydrofuran as co-solvent. The result shows that tetrahydrofuran has obvious effect on the transesterification reaction.
