超声法测量某合金材料弹性模量温度系数

【摘要】 弹性系数的超声检测,即借助固体弹性常数与超声波波速间的固有关系,通过测量纵波及横波在固体中的传播速度来获取材料的弹性模量、剪切模量及泊松比.为实现超声声速的快速、精确测量应用数字相关法精确确定超声信号的传播时间.利用超声脉冲回波法在温度箱内测定了某合金材料在-20℃~60℃的弹性常数,研究了温度对该材料弹性模量的影响.实验结果对选用制作传感器的合金材料具有重要的参考价值.
【Abstract】 The principle of the ultrasonic method applied to measure elastic coefficient is by measuring the velocity of ultrasonic wave propagation in the solid material to obtain the elastic module, shear modulus and poisson ratio. The elastic modulus of a special alloy material are measured by the ultrasonic pulse-echo method, when the temperature is changed from -20℃~60℃. Through the spread time of ultrasonic signal is processed by digital correlation method, measuring the velocity of ultrasonic speedily and accurately is achieved. The result is benefit to the research and development of elastic material of sensor.
