【摘要】 目的对数字影像会诊系统的创建、初步应用及其特点进行探讨。方法双屏图文工作站1台,Matrox G450 AGP双头显卡1块,多媒体投影仪2台,投影大屏幕1个,线对灰阶测试卡1个。在Intranet和医学影像存储与传输系统(PACS)的基础上,使用GE Radworks软件对患者在放射学信息系统(RIS)上的信息和PACS图像调阅;并对图像的调取速度、分辨率及灰阶度进行测试。结果成功使用Matrox G450双头显示卡将图像和文字单独或同时在2个屏幕上显示,并完成图文双屏和图像双屏的快速切换。图像调阅速度快、分辨率高(12 LP) 和灰阶度良好,且图像无失真变形。结论数字影像会诊系统具有调取速度快、分辨率高、功能完善、优良的效价比、操作简便、实用可靠等优势,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the set-up and preliminary performance of digital radiology conference system and its characteristic. Methods The imaging system included a dual-screen image-text workstation with a Matrox G450 demonstration dual-head card , two multimedia projectors, a large screen and a line-pair and grey scale test card. Patient’ s information on radiology information system(RIS) and Images on Picture archiving and communication system were fetched with GE Radworks software based on Intranet and PACS. The fetching velocity and resolution and grey scale of the image were measured. Results Patient information in the from of texts and image were demonstrated successfully on two screens with Matrox G450 demonstration dual-head card and switched rapidly between text-image two-screen and image two-screen, the image fetching velocity was fast, the resolution was high, and grey scale was good. Conclusion The digital conference radiology system is good, and should be popularized.更多还原
