基于共轭齿廓高阶接触啮合条件媒介齿形的研究

【摘要】 一般齿轮齿形曲线在一点邻域的高阶阶戴劳级数展开后,会发现齿面啮合点邻域间隙为2阶无穷小。意味着两齿面在啮合点曲率相同。本文研究使齿面啮合点邻域间隙为3阶和4阶无穷小的条件,本文的研究思路:先假定媒介齿条的齿形是待定的,分别求出两共轭齿廓的齿形,再根据两共轭齿廓的最佳接触条件确定媒介齿条的齿形,有点类似于泛函。根据互相啮合的一对齿廓高阶接触要求确定媒介齿条产形轮齿廓所应满足的条件,使互相啮合的共轭齿廓达到4阶接触。并研究了这种媒介齿条齿廓齿形曲线的构造方法。

【Abstract】 The common gear tooth profile curve launches after neighborhood higher order step taylor’s series, can discover the tooth face meshing point neighborhood gap is 2 step infinitely greats. The people only can reduce this coefficient as far as possible, meant two tooth faces are same in the meshing point curvature. This article studies causes the tooth face meshing point neighborhood gap is 3 steps and 4 step infinitely great condition. This article research mentality: Supposes the medium rack the tooth profile is first treats decides, extracts two conjugate tooth profiles separately the tooth profile, then acts according to two conjugate tooth profiles the best contact condition determination medium rack tooth profile, a little is similar to functional. According to a pair of tooth profile higher order contact request determination medium rack which meshes mutually produces the condition which a shape turn tooth profile should satisfy, enables the conjugate tooth profile which meshes mutually to achieve 4 step contacts. And has studied this medium rack tooth profile curve structure method.
