【Abstract】 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a management message system that developed in the 80s of 20# century. It integrates all inner and outer resources of enterprise, and puts on optimization and control, and aims to get the most benefit. It shows the direction and tendency of enterprise management in the future. In this paper, definition, function, major vendors, status in quo, economic benefit, evolution and tendency of ERP are mainly discussed.更多还原
