基于89C51单片机的智能液体浊度测试方法研究

【摘要】 针对传统的液体浊度测量中存在的光源易产生光衰、光窗易受水样污染、测量电路易受温度影响等问题,文中选用He-Ne激光管为光源,采用了先进的超声波清洗技术,以89C51为控制核心构建了柱积分智能浊度测试仪,制定了科学合理的测试流程,大大提高了液体浊度仪的稳定性与测量精度。
【Abstract】 Due to the traditional liquid nephelometer has many disadvantages, such as the existent lamp-house will generate the light declining, also the light window will be easily polluted by the sample of water, the circuit of measurement will be easily affected by the temperature. So in this essay, we choose He-Ne laser bean to be our lamp-house, which adopts advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology, based on the 89C51 system to be the control center to build the mast-integral brainpower nephelometer. The system establishes the scientific and logical flow of measurement, so it fully boosts the stability’ and precision of the nephelometer.
