【摘要】 针对目前PDM系统的不足:开放性不强,可扩展性不强,数据的继承性不高,数据的依赖性强, 结合PDM的发展趋势,机电工作室自主开发的北方PDM系统采用Visual studio．NET技术和SQL Server数据库克服了上述不足,使PDM系统具有了网络化、分布式技术、面向对象、XML技术、可移植性、信息标准化(STEP)等特点。采用．NET技术中新增的ADO．NEL模型中的对象Dataset 进行与XML技术结合。可以生成用IE浏览的BOM文件,也可以通过接口集成目前高档的 CAD／CAM软件Pro／ENGINEER Wildfire,实现网络化的协同设计和实时管理。采用北方PDM系统, 实现了关节型教学实验机器人的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some disadvantages in current PDM system such as low data integrating, data depending, inadequate opening and expanding. We have researched and developed a new type of PDM system by means of Visual studio .NET and SQL Server technologies. It has many features based on Internet/Intranet, object-oriented programming (OOP), distributing technology, STEP, XML, transposition etc, which are closed to the development trend of modem PDM system. We combine the dataset object of ADO.NET model which is new added function of Visual Studio.NET with XML to produce BOM file in form of XML, which can be browsed by Internet Explorer. The current CAD/CAM software such as Pro-E, AutoCAD can be integrated this platform of PDM system with interface to realize collaboration design and real-time management of products and datum. Finally, a case study on the experimental articulated robot is given.更多还原
