WIN2000下多轴运动控制的研究

【摘要】 介绍一种基于WIN2000的开放式数控体系架构,探讨利用WDM(Windows Driver Modula)开发核心态的驱动程序的可行性和关键步骤,同时分别在核心态程序和用户态程序实现了控制算法和轨迹规划,并用一种由系统管理的IRP(I／O请求数据包)排队技术实现二者之间的高速通讯,达到实时的控制效果。

【Abstract】 A new CNC system based on Windows2000 is presented in this paper. Firstly, the architecture concerning realtime issues with WDM was discussed. Then the Control Arithmetic was developed in the kernel mode program and the user mode program as well. At last, a high speed communication with IRP managed by the NT system was implemented to meet the real -time requirements.
