【摘要】 随着我国社会的进步和发展,现有《环保法》的修改,已是势在必行。这其中准确地给予“环境”以法律界定是非常重要的。本文就此进行了论述,指出在借鉴国际经验并结合我国的实际,对“环境”应以比较抽象的界定和适当列举的模式,避免立法时的局限性。同时也尝试着对环境进行了界定。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progress and development of our society, Environmental Protection Law’s modification is imperative under the situation. In which , giving“environment” the legal limits by rule and line is all-important. This article has carried on the elaboration in light of this, this article points out that,during profiting from the international experience and unifies our country’s reality ,we should give “the environment” the abstract limits and pattern of suitably enumerating, avoids the legislation limitation.
