【摘要】 本文运用大型通用有限元软件Ansys,分析了一文丘里分离器在多种载荷的组合作用下的弹性应力应变。得到了该分离器在复杂外力作用下的应力应变分布规律。计算结果表明,分离器内部工作压力对分离器应力的贡献远大于风载荷和地震载荷。最后对该分离器进行了强度校核。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the finite element software Ansys, elastic stress and strain are analyzed of a Venturi separator under the action of all kinds of loads. The laws of stress and strain distribution are obtained. The results show that the contribution of working pressure to stress of the Venturi separator is far greater than that of wind loads and seismic loads. In the end of this paper the strength of the Venturi separator is checked.更多还原
