低温烧结Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ微波介质陶瓷掺杂改性

【摘要】 本文研究了ZnO对低温烧结Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3]0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ烧结特性、介电性能的影响。研究表明:ZnO对Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3]0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ陶瓷的烧结无明显促进作用;适当的ZnO可提高Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3]0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ的品质因子Qf值,w(ZnO)含量从0%变化到3%,Qf值从 8730GHz增至11228GHz;随ZnO含量的增加,ε(?)减小,τf向负频率温度系数方向移动,Qf值先增后减;添加3wt%ZnO的Ca[ (Li1/3Nb2/3]0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ陶瓷,在920℃烧结4h,获得介电性能为:ε(?)=37,Qf=112280Hz,τf=0的低温烧结微波介质陶瓷材料。

【Abstract】 The effects of ZnO addition on the sinterability and dielectric properties of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ have been investigated. The ZnO addition lowered the sintering temperature of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ ceramics ineffectively However, The proper ZnO content could improve the Qf values, and the Qf values increased from 8730 to 11228Ghz when the ZnO content from 0 up to 3wt%. With the increase of ZnO content,the dielectric constant decreased,the τf, Values were shifted toward negative direction, and the Qf value first increased and then decreased. The εr value of 37, Qf value of 11228GHz and τf τvalue of 0ppm/℃ were obtained for Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.8Ti0.2]O3-σ ceramics with 3wt% ZnO sintered at 920℃ for 4h.
