【摘要】 以世界第五大鲜切花扶郎(又名非洲菊)这一非乙烯敏感切花为材料,瓶插寿命、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜透性为主要衰老指标,针对该类切花采后衰老的生理特点,采用超声波预处理及保鲜剂瓶插的方法,对六个品种的扶郎切花进行比较,结果表明经预处理后,在含5mg· L-16-BA+5mg·L-1GA+30g·L-1SUC+50mg·L-18-HQC的瓶插液中,各品种瓶插品质均得到不同程度提高,其中自然瓶插寿命较短的“嫩橙”、“红桔”其品质得到较大提高,瓶插寿命比对照延长一周,自然瓶插寿命较长的“嫩黄”、“阿尼神”其观赏品质可较好地保持到半月以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six cut gerbera ( Gerber jamesoni) cultivars which is non - sensitive to ETH were used to study the effects of preservative treatment by different ways on senescence after harvest. The results showed that pulsing treatment by solution PT1: 10mg·L-1 - BA + 10mg·L-1GA + 50mg·L-18 - HQC + 35g·L-1SUC, then keeping in solution VT1: 5mg·L-16 - BA + 5mg·L-1GA + 50mg·L-18 - HQC + 30g·L-1SUC cooperated, .compared CK, there are 4 - 7days delayed in vase life of cut gerbera, and the vase - quality was improved obviously.更多还原
