60Co-γ射线处理对菊花生长及遗传诱变效应研究

【摘要】 用剂量为4.15-20.75GY的60Co-γ射线处理菊化插条,存活率和生长量则随剂量的增大而减少。叶片可溶性蛋白质含量和POD活性,微核细胞率和染色体畸变细胞率均随辐射剂量的增大而增大,二者显著正相关。花期延迟,枝叶变异增加,初步筛选出4个矮壮型优变单株。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the radiation effect of Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel. cv. taiwanhong cuttings radiated with 60Co-γ rays with dosage from 4.15 to 20.75 GY was studied. The result showed that the cuttings death percentage increased, stem length decreased , leave soluble protein content and POD activity and micronucleolus cell and chromosome aberration increased as 60Co-γ rays dose icreased , the flowering phase put off and leaf mutation percentage increased when radiation dosage increased .four superior mutations were obtained.
