栽培基质对一年生莱芜难咽(Malus micromalus Mak.)新根发生与功能的影响

【摘要】 不同栽培基质中莱芜难咽(Malus micromalus Mak.)幼苗根系新根发生与分化不同, 粘土中的单根延伸能力较强,主根生长势较强,新根首先在主根极性部位发生;河沙中单根延伸能力差,主根多在早期死亡,新根发生部位以根颈及其附近为多,表现出“向基性”;壤土中单根的延伸能力中等,新根发生部位亦较分散,而且侧生根分枝力较强。不同栽培基质中建造起来的根系单位重量根功能以分泌H+及吸收NO3-的能力表示为粘土>壤土>河沙。

【Abstract】 The germination and differentiation of the new roots in Malus micromalus Mak. Seedlings were different within different culturing substrate with which the elongating ability of the new roots in the plant in clay was stronger and the main root grew stronger that the lateral new roots germinated from the polar part; the elongating ability of the new roots in the plant in sand was weaker and the main root died in the early time that the lateral new roots germinated from the coallar the near part; the elongating ability of the new roots in the plant in loam was mid and the lateral new roots germinated from wide parts in the main root that the lateral new roots had more branches. The functions of the roots established within different culturing substrates were different described with the abilities of H+ secrition and NO3, absorption that clay > loam > sand.
