果梅品种同工酶分析
Analysis of Japanese apricot cultivars by isozymes

【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对我国果梅主要栽培品种及部分日本品种过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶进行分析。结果表明:过氧化物同工酶和酯酶同工酶技术对于鉴定果梅品种效果不佳,只能将果梅品种分为几个大类,并不能将每个品种一一区别开。同时还摸索出了两种同工酶的最佳取样时期及取样部位。
【Abstract】 Japanese apricot cultivars that come from China and Japan were analized by isozymes of peroxidase and esterase . The results show that the technique of isozyme was not good at identifying culti-nars of Japanese apricot. It couldn’ t identify every cultivar and the material was only divided into several groups. At the same time, we obtained the best sampling time and material.
