【摘要】 对‘天使’和‘萨蒙莎’切花月季,在花芽分化后喷施200mg/l GA3,研究其对瓶插寿命的影响。处理分2个时期,早期处理在现蕾以前,后期处理在花蕾直径小于4mm时。结果表明:切花月季对GA3处理的反应存在着品种间差异,GA3对瓶插寿命的影响也随处理时期而不同。GA3处理使切花的吸水率、失水率均有增加,在含糖保鲜剂中的糖消耗量也有增加。GA3处理后‘天使’的水分平衡下降,瓶插寿命缩短,这种影响在早期处理时尤为明显; 而GA3对‘萨蒙莎’瓶插寿命的影响较小。保鲜剂可以改善切花月季的水分关系,缩小处理与对照之间瓶插寿命上的差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of 200 mg/l GA3 preharvest spray treatment at early (before visible bud) or later (when flower bud were pea-sized) stage of development on vase life were studied in ’Samantha’ and ’Angelique’ cut roses. The results showed that the response of rose cut flowers to GA3 treatment changed with cultivar and treatment stage. GA3 treatment increased water uptake and loss rate of cut flowers in both distilled water and preservative, increased sucrose uptake in preservative. GA3 treatment decreased the water balance and shortened the vase life of ’Angelique’ rose cut flowers, especially in treatment at early stage. GA3 treatment had little damage to the vase life of ’Samantha’ rose cut flowers. Preservative could restored the opposite effect on water balance and vase life caused by GA3 treatment.更多还原
