抗病毒病甜(辣)椒的单株选择效果

【摘要】 利用辣椒抗原材料同甜椒进行杂交、回交,在分离世代,采用田间选择和苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定相结合的方法,逐代选择对病毒病抗性强、园艺性状接近甜椒的单株,最终得到对CMV和下MV抗性明显强于回交亲本的甜椒自交系。田间选择可同时兼顾CMV和TMV的复合抗性。通过苗期人工接种鉴定兼抗CMV和TMV的材料时,应以CMV抗性的选择为主。
【Abstract】 Several sweet pepper inbred lines were hybridized and backcrossed with a resistant hot line. Throught the combination of field testing and artificial inoculation screening, individuals with superior resistance and similar horticultural characters were selected during segregating generations. Some sweet lines with higher resistance to CMV and TMV than their backcrossed parents were obtained after several generations of selections. The combined resistance to CMV and TMV could be evaluated through field testing. When materials are screened for resistance to both CMV and TMV by artificial inoculation simultaneously, resistance to CMV should be paid more attention to.
