若干辣椒品种22个栽培性状的聚类分析

【摘要】 本文对26种辣椒原始材料的22个栽培性状进行聚类分析。分析结果表明,果形指数(果长/果肩宽)是客观描述果实形状的一个相对值,果肩横径对果实性状影响最大。目前在我国北方大部分地区栽培的辣椒可以分为四大类:灯笼椒类(果形指数1.00-1.09),牛角椒类(果形指数3.00 -4.50),长角椒类(果形指数4.50-6.80),短椒类(果形指数2.00-3.00)。灯笼椒类与别类之间的遗传距离最远。

【Abstract】 Twenty two culturing characteristics of 26 hot pepper cultivars were conducted by fuzzy cluster analysis. The results showed that fruit shape index was objectively a relative value for describing fruit shape, and transverse diameter of fruit had the greatest influence on fruit shape. Hot pepper cultured in North China was classified depending on the results into four types, including latern pepper of fruit shape index 1. 00-1. 09, ox horn pepper of 3. 00-4. 50, long horn pepper of 4. 50-6. 80, and short horn pepper of 2. 00-3. 00. The genetic distances between latern pepper and other types were the largest.
