大蒜抽薹后14C、15N运转规律与不结实的关系

【摘要】 本试验采用14C、15N示踪技术研究了大蒜抽薹后碳、氮物质运转规律与大蒜不结实的关系。结果表明,随着大蒜抽薹后时间的延长,根、叶片14C及15N的积累总量不断减少;鳞茎是14C和 N的最大输入中心,尤其抽薹至抽薹后15天增幅最大,抽薹后15-30天变化较小,30-45天积累再次剧增;花薹抽生时,薹中14C和15N总量及分配率均接近鳞茎,但至抽薹后15天14C、15N总量及分配率均比鳞茎相差6-8倍,此后虽有所升高,可增幅较小。大蒜花器官之所以不能正常分化发育,关键在于鳞茎与花茎竞争碳、氮营养,花薹得不到足够营养,加之薹苞中气生鳞茎的形成消耗部分营养所致。

【Abstract】 The experimental results showed that accumulation of 14C or 15N in leaves decreased after bolting of garlic. Garlic bulb was the largest center for importing 14C or 15N, particularly during bolting time to 15 days thenafter and 30 to 45 days. There was the same amount of 14C or 15N in bolting flower bulb as bulb at stage of the flower bulb bulling;thenafter, the amount of 14C or 15N was remarkably decrease in bolting flower bulb. Garlic bulb competed 14C or 15N with the flower bulb, which was one of reasons for abnormal differentiation and development of flower organs of garlic.
