不同培养基对未成熟离体杏胚培养成苗的影响
Effect of Different Culture Medium on Embryo Culture in Vitro with Immatural Seeds of Apricot

【摘要】 本文选用极早熟杏品种‘骆驼黄’为试材,分别在盛花后41、46和57天采集未成熟胚。接种在Norstog、SH、Tukey和MS-R培养基上离体培养。结果表明,胚龄不同,用于杏胚培养的最佳培养基也不同。对果实生长发育期41、46和57天的幼胚离体培养成苗率最高的分别是Tukey (29.9%);SH(26.3%);Norstog和Tukey 2培养基(>81%)。
【Abstract】 In vitro embryo culture with immatural seeds of ’Luotuo Huang’apricot (Prunus armeniaca L. ) were tested. Young embryos which were collected after blossom 41d, 46d and 57d were inoculated on culture medium of Norstog. MS-R, Tukey and SH. The result showed that all of tested medium were suitable to different embryonic age, but there was a best one in each age. Tukey medium was the best for 41-day’s fruit growth, the rate of differentiation being 29. 9%. SH medium was best for 46 day (26. 3%). Norstog and Tukey medium were better than others for 57 day with rates of more than 81%.
