冷害对哈密瓜乙烯、呼吸及ACC积累的影响

【摘要】 在冷害温度0-2℃下检测不出哈密瓜(Cucmis melo)释放乙烯,呼吸强度也很低,但移置常温后,二者急剧增加。长期(90天)冷藏在0-2℃下的哈密瓜ACC1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸)迅速积累,即使转移至常温,乙烯释放也呈下降趋势,表明ACC向乙烯转化过程被持续低温所破坏。哈密瓜呼吸强度的变化不受冷害低温持续时间的影响,这与哈密瓜线粒体在冷害温度下结构完整一致的。

【Abstract】 Ethylene release is not defectable and respiration rates remin low while the Cucumis mclo fruits are held at chilling injury temperature (0-2) and both increase sharply when transfered to room temperature after 90-day-stored. The low temperature pathogens (Alternaria) do not stimulate ethylene release in the fruit tissue. When chilling injuried fruits are transfered to room temperature after long term storage,the ethylene release decreases while the ACC (1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid) accumulates quickly. It is indicated that the process from the ACC to ethylene is damaged by the low temperature. The respiratory rate is not affected by storage time at chilling injury temperature.
