FCH的根系环境与番茄生长
Root environment and tomato growth in floating capillary hydroponics (FCH)

【摘要】 试验研究了浮板毛管水培设施(FCH)的根际环境条件及其对番茄生长的影响。结果表明, 栽培床上营养液温度呈昼高夜低,溶氧量则呈夜高昼低变化,而浓度和pH变化不明显。当营养液流过长15m的栽培床时,其温度、浓度、和pH相当稳定,而溶氧量从4.58mg/l下降到1.58mg/l。与高溶氧量的进液口处相比,排液口处(低溶氧量)的番茄株高、叶数、叶面积和茎粗,结果数和果实大小总体上没有显著差异。其原因是栽培床中设置的浮板湿毡促进了浮板上根系的生长,吸收空气中的氧气,改善了整个根系的供氧状况,弥补了营养液中溶氧量的不足。
【Abstract】 FCH is a deep solution culture system with a floating board and capillary mat on the solution in bed. Results showed that solution temperature was higher in the daytime and lower in the night, while the dissolved oxygen content was in the opposite pattern. The daily variation of pH and EC were not marked. When solution flew down from the inlet to the outlet on the culture bed, its temperature, pH and EC were very stable, while dissolved oxygen reduced from 4. 58 mg/l to 1. 58 mg/l with a variation about 65. 5%. There were no significant difference in the growth of tomato (i. e. height,leaf number,leaf area,stem diameter,fruit number and size) in the culture bed, regardless of the difference of dissolved oxygen content.
