供氮水平和光照强度对落葵叶片内硝酸还原代谢库的影响

【摘要】 采用溶液培养,研究不同氮供应水平和光照强度对落葵叶片内硝酸盐积累、硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)以及硝酸还原代谢库的大小(MPS),结果表明,随营养液中NO3浓度的增加,代谢库内NO-3量随之升高,原位NRA随之增大,但潜在的NRA变化不大,供氮水平达一定程度(10.0m- mol/L)后,MPS增加较慢,而液泡内NOi增加相对较多,遮光后落葵叶片内硝酸盐积累增加,增加的硝酸盐大部分贮藏于液泡内,而代谢库内硝酸盐含量变化较小,遮光后叶片可溶性糖含量明显减少,液泡内NO-3的增加可能起渗透调节作用。

【Abstract】 Using the solution culture,the effects of N supply level and light intensity on nitrate accumulation, nitrate reductase activity (NRA) and metabolic pool size(MPS) of nitrate reduction in leaves of Basella alba L. were studied. The results showed that MPS and NRA in situ were increased with the increase of NO-3 concentration in the nutrient solution,but the potential NRA was not. When NO-3 concentration in the nutrient solution was above 10.0 mmol/L, MPS increased slowly, however, the NO-3 in vac-uoles increased more quickly. Under low light intensity, the nitrate accumulation in leaves of Basella alba increased considerably. The nitrate increased was mostly storaged in the vacuoles, however,the nitrate in the metabolic pool was not modified. Under low light intensity, the soluble sugar content of leaves decreased significantly. The nitrate accumulated in the vacuoles may play a function of osmoregulation.
