茶蛋白降血脂及抗氧化作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨茶蛋白的降血脂及抗氧化作用。方法观察不同剂量的茶蛋白对高脂大鼠血清TG、 TC、HDL-C及衰老模型小鼠血液SOD、MDA、GSH-PX的影响。结果高脂大鼠灌胃七周后,与高脂对照组比较茶蛋白10g/kg.bw、20g/kg.bw剂量组能显著降低血液中TG、TC含量;老龄小鼠与衰老模型组比较,茶蛋白10s/kg.bw、20s/kg.bw剂量组能显著降低血液中MDA含量,且茶蛋白10g/kg.bw剂量组能明显升高血液中 SOD的活性;血液中GSH-PX含量基本无变化。结论茶蛋白具有一定的降血脂及抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of tea protein on reducing blood fat and oxidation resisting . Methods The changes of TG、 TC、 HDL-C in blood serum of high blood fat rat and SOD、 MDA、 GSH-PX in blood of aged model mice were observed after administered tea protein at different doses . Result Tea protein at the doses of 10g/kg. bw and 20g/kg. bw could significantly decrease the contents of TG、 TC in blood compared with control group, after high blood fat rat had been administered tea protein for seven weeks. Tea protein could significantly reduce the contents of MDA in blood at the doses of 10g/kg. bw and 20g/kg. bw compared with aged model group. And it could markedly increase the activity of SOD in blood at the dose of 10g/kg. bw. But GSH-PX in blood didn’t change significantly. Conclusion Tea protein has some effects on reducing blood fat and oxidation resisting.
