【Abstract】 The world’s anti-monopoly policies have developed for several hundred years, and their emphases gradually changed from negative remediation to positive prevention. At the age of global economy and industry developing there are informatization, economic globalization and deregulation etc., which cause several obvious characters to the 21st century Competition policy. These characters are adequately represented in the evolution of anti-monopoly policies in the main countries, and they also have significant inspiration to China’s anti-monopoly law and competition policy in a broader sense.更多还原
