农艺措施对早籼稻米品质的影响

【摘要】 以早籼稻品种早籼15为材料,研究农艺措施对稻米品质的影响。结果表明,密度对直链淀粉含量有显著影响,但并不保持一定的正相关,当密度下降或增加到一定程度,即过度密植或稀植,均会提高稻米的直链淀粉含量;密度对其他米质性状的影响不显著。追氮总量、追氮比对籽粒蛋白质含量的影响均达极显著水平,随着追氮总量的增加,籽粒蛋白质含量也随之提高,追肥随着穗粒肥比例的增加,籽粒蛋白质的含量也显著提高。试验中追氮总量对直链淀粉含量、垩白度、胶稠度等的影响未达到显著水平,但随着追氮总量的增加,垩白度有着明显变低、胶稠度有着明显变短的趋势。水稻生长中后期叶面喷施 KH2PO4,对籽粒蛋白质含量的影响达极显著水平,对垩白度、胶稠度、直链淀粉含量的影响未达到显著水平,但随着喷施次数的增多和累积用量的加大,对减少垩白度有一定的作用。试验中各农艺措施对稻米的碱消值影响不大,说明难以通过栽培措施对其进行改善提高。
【Abstract】 Effect of agricultural measure on rice quality characters was studied by methods of orthogonal experi- ment(L1644).The results showed that:planting density had a remarkable influence on amylose(AC),either ex- cessively density or thinly planting can improve AC,but this influence was not remarkable to other rice quality character.With the increasing of N supply and topdressing rate,and KH2PO4 top-dressed in the leaf at panicle and spikelet formation stage,protein content(PC)were remarkably increased.The effects of N supply on AC, chalkiness(C)and chalky grain rate(GC)did not achieve to remarkable level,but with the increasing of N sup- ply,C was obviously reduced and evidently shortened GC.The influence was not remarkable on C,C,C and AC by KH2PO4 top-dressed in the leaf at panicle and spikelet formation stage,but with sprinkling times and accumulated amount KH2PO4 increasing,it had certain function to reduce C.And effect of every agronomy measure on gelatini- zation temperature(GT)was not remarkable,so it was difficult to improve GT through agricultural measure.
