小麦品种“轮选987”的选育与推广

【摘要】 矮败小麦是具有矮秆基因标记的太谷核不育小麦,其后代一半为矮秆不育株,另一半为非矮秆可育株,异交有利于基因的交流与重组,自交则有利于基因的纯合与稳定,是理想的轮回选择育种工具。利用矮败小麦轮回选择与系谱选择相结合的方法选育出小麦新品种“轮选987”。“轮选987”突出的优点是高产、稳产和广适应性。在“轮选987”适宜种植地区选择试验点,通过生产示范、新品种展示、大面积丰产方、实打实收现场会和媒体宣传,以及科研单位、种子企业和农户三结合的推广网络,使其尽快大面积应用于生产。
【Abstract】 The dwarf male sterility wheat is a dominant nuclear male sterile germplasm with dwarf marker gene.In the offspring of dwarf male sterility wheat,there is always one half of plants carrying gene Ms2 and Rht10,which are sterile and short,and the other half of plants without the two genes, which are fertile and tall.Cross-pollination provides the opportunity for exchange and recombination of different genes,and self-pollination produces the genetic pure and stable lines.So dwarf male sterility wheat is an ideal tool in mass selection.Using recurrent selection and line breeding “Luxuan 987”. Production and economic efficiencies were evaluated.Based on the demonstration and extension of “Lunxuan 987”,the approaches for quick extension of new cultivar,viz.,incorporating system com- prised of wheat breeding organization,seed production and extension,standardization of seed produc- tion,demonstration net work,etc.,were explored and accessed.Cooperation with seed administration committee and support from government are important to accelerate the extension of a new cultivar.
