【Abstract】 ‘Pob.43-C11’was a maize population introduced from CIMMYT.We obtained its improved population by means of the method of poly- cross.The genetic diversity of the improved population was analyzed with major agronomic traits and SSR markers in the paper.The results indicated that the improved population of‘Pob.43-C11’had rich genetic variation allowing for 13 major agronomic traits among single plants and rich genetic diversity revealed by 43 SSR markers.The improved population could be used as an important germplasm.更多还原
