【摘要】 为充分利用华北平原乃至我国沿海滩涂丰富的柽柳资源和人工栽培濒危寄生药物管花肉苁蓉,本试验以管花肉苁蓉和中国柽柳为材料,研究了起垄—覆膜对柽柳根际环境和管花肉苁蓉生长的影响。结果表明:起垄覆膜处理提高土壤孔隙度1.2%-6.0%,降低土壤含水率4.5%-6.0%, 管花肉苁蓉单株高度12—16厘米/年,干重138克/年。平作处理,土壤透气性差,管花肉苁蓉生长缓慢,腐烂。结果说明,起垄覆膜是华北平原管花肉苁蓉成功栽培的一项关键技术,对濒危管花肉苁蓉异地保护和栽培具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk)Whigt is one of the national endangered chinese medicinal herbs.The objective of this research was to cultivate Cistanche tubulosa on Tamarix chinensis Lour.in North China Plain.Here we report the first evidences that Cistanche tubulosa plant can grow well on Tamarix chinensis Lour.in North China Plain under ridge-mulching condition.In ridge-mulching treatment,the Rhizome soil porosity of Tamarix chinensis Lour.increased 1.2% to 6.0% and the growth rate of C.tubulosa plant is 12-16cm/year in height and 138g/year in dry weight per plant,but C. tubulosa plant grew abnormally and decomposed slowly in control treatment.The results show that ridge-mulching is one of key technology for Cistanche tubulosa cultivation North China Plain.更多还原
