新型高效除草剂丙酯草醚对油菜、大小麦的生理作用研究

【摘要】 本试验采用油菜、小麦、大麦三种作物,用50mL·(667m2-1、100mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚和150mL·(667m2-1。丁草胺进行叶面喷施处理。结果表明,50mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理效果最佳,均好于对照和其它两种处理;丁草胺处理作用其次,也优于对照。丙酯草醚处理对植株过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及叶绿素含量无抑制作用,50 mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理能显著提高其活性和含量,但100 mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理使丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加以及在后期叶绿素含量下降。50mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理的可溶性糖含量与对照差异较小,而100mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理的植株可溶性糖含量显著高于对照和50mL·(667m2-1丙酯草醚处理。试验还表明丙酯草醚对植株光合作用方面的影响并不是很明显,可能不属于光合作用抑制型除草剂。

【Abstract】 The physiological effects of the herbicides ZJ273{Propyi 4-[2-[(4,6-dimethoxy- 2-pyrimidinyl)oxy]-benzyl amino]benzoate}[50,100 mL·(667m2-1]and Butachlor[150 mL·(667m2-1]on the oilseed rape,wheat and barley were studied in the field experiment.The results showed that the best effect was observed from the treatment of 50 mL·(667m2-1ZJ273, which was better than the control and other two treatments.Butachlor at 150 mL·(667m2-1also indicated the significant effect,compared to the control.The activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of chlorophyll were not inhibited by ZJ273,and its application at 50 mL·(667m2-1could promote their activities and the content.However,ZJ273 at higher concentration[100 mL·(667m2-1]increased the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and reduced the chlorophyll content at later stage.In addition,there was small difference in the content of soluble sugar between the treatment of 50 mL·(667m2-1ZJ273 and the control.High level of soluble sugar was observed from the plants treated by the 100 mL·(667m2-1concentration of ZJ273.The experiment also showed that the change of photosynthesis of the plant was not significant by treating herbicide ZJ273,indicating that the new herbicide ZJ273 might not belong to the photosynthetic inhibitor herbicide.
