【摘要】 18—8型不锈钢制品经化学着色后,可呈现五彩缤纷的装饰表面,使产品在国内外市场极具竞争力。对化学着色工艺和相关的技术问题进行了分析研究。指出:原材料的化学成分、组织状态、前加工工艺等均可影响着色效果。为获得18—8型不锈钢制品良好的彩色表面,还必须严格控制化学着色工艺参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 The surface of 18-8 stainless steel products can obtain different colors when they are colored,this enhance compititive power of products at home and abroad.This paper researched and analysised the chemical coloring process and relevant questions.The experimental result shows that the component of raw material,tissues state and pre-processing fluence the coloring effect.In orderto obtain excellent colorful surface,technology parameters of chemi- cal coloring also are severely controled.更多还原
