镁合金表面磷化膜组织结构与性能的研究

【摘要】 镁合金表面处理已成为镁合金领域的一个研究热点,而磷化又是镁合金表面处理的一个重要方向。采用一种典型磷化液和磷化工艺在镁合金表面成功制备出磷化膜,重点对其组织结构和耐蚀性能进行了研究。发现磷化膜不同微区的组织结构存在一定差异,磷化膜的耐蚀性能与磷化膜的微区化学组成有关。
【Abstract】 Surface treatment of magnesium alloys has become a hot research point in the field of magnesium alloys science,in which phosphating was a main aspect.In this paper,a typical phosphating coating were successfully prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloys,and the microstructure and the anticorrosion property of the coatings was ana- lyzed.The results showed that there were obvious difference between the phosphating coatings,and the corrosion re- sistane performance of the coatings had a close relationship with the element composition of the coatings.
