【摘要】 为了制备出高固相体积含量、分散性好的β-TCP 陶瓷浆料,系统地研究了影响β-TCP 浆料流变性的因素如浆料的 pH 值、分散剂的用量、固相含量、球磨时间等。实验表明,当 pH 值=9时,加入2vol%左右的分散剂,球磨8h,能够制备出满足凝胶注模成型工艺的高固相含量、低粘度β-TCP/BG 陶瓷浆料。更多还原

【Abstract】 For preparation of a concentrated suspension with high volume solid loading and good dispersal property,the major factors that would influence rheological property of β-TCP slurry are studied in this paper,which include the pH value,concentration of the dispersant,solid loading,milling times,and so on.The experimental re- sults indicate that the β-TCP/BG slurry with solid loading of 58vol% is prepared by pH value coming up to 9,milling time up to 8 hours and using proper dispersant.更多还原
