Al的添加对Mg2Ni合金储氢性能的影响

【摘要】 采用两步法(球磨+烧结),制备了 Mg2-xAlxNi(x=0、0.1、0.3)合金,研究了 Al 对 Mg2Ni 合金储氢性能的影响。XRD 和 SEM 研究表明 Al 的加入使合金中产生了 Mg3AlNi2新相。利用 PCT 测试仪测定了合金的储氢性能,结果表明:添加 Al 元素会降低合金的吸氢量,但能有效地提高放电容量和循环稳定性。制备出的 Mg1.9Al0.1Ni 和 Mg1.7Al0.3Ni 相比,前者具有较大的吸氢量,后者的放电容量较大,循环稳定性较好。
【Abstract】 The Mg based hydrogen storage alloys Mg2-x Alx Ni(x=0,0.1,0.3)are successfully prepared by two step method(engine activation and sinter in solid).Effect of A1 addition on hydrogenation of Mg2 Ni is studied. The XRD and SEM results showed that a new phase of Mg3 AlNi2 is found in the alloys.It also can be observed by PCT results that the absorption capacity debased and the discharge capacity and cycle stabilities improved by adding Al. Compare Mg1.9 Al0.1 Ni with Mg1.7Al0.3 Ni,the former has better absorption capacity,the latter has better discharge ca- pacity and better cycle stability.
