层流搅拌槽内几何非对称三维混沌混合流场的CFD模拟

【摘要】 运用CFD技术对同心六叶片叶轮,转轴相对于叶轮偏心的六叶片叶轮,转轴叶片相对于容器都偏心的六叶片叶轮以及同心三叶片叶轮这几种不同情况下的三维流场进行了数值计算,并对计算结果进行了后处理和分析.研究表明在叶轮、叶片对于容器非对称的情况下,流体的搅动效果要强于对称的情况,混合的效果要好。所做研究对于如何提高层流混沌混合的效果具有一定的实际意义。

【Abstract】 The CFD technology is used to simulate the flow field inside the stirred tank with four different geometric structure, the impeller with 6 blade is concentric with the vessel, the impeller with 6 blade and the rotating axis are eccentric to the vessel, the impeller with 6 blade is eccentric to the rotating axis and the vessel, the impeller with 3 blade is concentric with the vessel. The computing results are post-processed and analyzed. It is demonstrated that in the case of the impeller and rotating axis being eccentric to the vessel, the stirring is stronger than that of concentricity, and the mixing result is better. The research has a significant to improve the mixing result of laminar chaos mixing in stirred tank.
