模糊PI控制在电液速度伺服系统中的应用

【摘要】 叙述了电液速度伺服系统中液压马达速度的控制方法。针对液压马达速度伺服系统的非线性时变特点, 通过模糊推理在线实时调节PID参数,使系统控制参数达到全局优化,解决了一般PID参数只是对于某一工作点局部优化的问题,提高了控制精度、改善了系统的静动态特性。试验研究表明,与单纯PID控制器相比,模糊 PID方法使系统动态性能和鲁棒性得到大幅提升,说明该方法对非线性系统大范围控制的有效性。
【Abstract】 How to control hydraulic motor velocity in electro-hydraulic servo system is introduced. Considering the parameters variability of the electro-hydraulic velocity servo system, which vary widely with the working condition, fuzzy PI controller was developed for application in the system and this made the control parameters to reach the global optimization, solved the local optimization problem in the common PID. Test results indicated that the method can accelerate the dynamic response and improve the static performance and the control precision. The method reduced the overshoot and load turbulence effectively too. It is very validity for nonlinear system and the mathematic prototype system that can’t be built easily.
