基于非线性刚度约束下的精密机床主轴系统优化设计

【摘要】 采用“卸积木式”力学模型及以拟静力学模型建立的主轴轴承刚度矩阵对机床主轴系统的结构进行优化, 通过数学变换较大地减少计算量;经过对多种机床主轴系统的分析计算,实现了体积和刚度的优化.并以M2110A 型内圆磨床的磨头为例,验证了优化设计的效果.
【Abstract】 Based on the "disassembling toy bricks "mechanics model and the bearings’ stiffness matrix which is built by simulated static mechanics, the structure design of the machine-tool spindle was optimized. The calculational task was considerably reduced by the proper mathematical transformation. It was verified to be available for machine-tool spindle’s volume and stiffness’s optimizing design through the analyses and calculations of various machine-tool spindle systems. The result of this paper was tested on the M2110A inner-grinding machine.
