中药复方“益糖康”抗糖尿病DNA损伤的临床观察

【摘要】 目的通过临床观察研究中药复方益糖康对糖尿病DNA损伤的防护作用。方法选取糖尿病患者20 例,随机分为两组:常规治疗组与益糖康治疗组,治疗观察1个月:另设健康人5例为空白对照。观察结束取糖尿病患者与健康人静脉血3ml,检测血糖及应用单细胞凝胶电泳(Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis,SCGE)技术检测其血中淋巴细胞单链断裂的程度,通过荧光显像的方法观察并测量其拖尾长度。结果健康人荧光显像无拖尾现象,益糖康治疗组与常规治疗组糖尿病患者荧光显像均有拖尾现象,两组拖尾长度比较亦有显著差异 P<0．05,益糖康治疗组:48．82±3．53 μ m,常规治疗组:54．44±4．60μ m,两组血糖检测结果无显著差异。结论中药复方“益糖康”对糖尿病DNA损伤有防护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the action of the traditional Chinese medicines "Yi Tang Kang" to the diabetic DNA damage. Method 20 diabetes sufferers were used:Yi Tang Kang and routine treatment group in the clinical observe. 5 healthies were used to be compared. DNA damage was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis comet assay in lymphocytes. Result The study showed that the healthies had no comet length and the comparison of the comet length between the group of "Yi Tang Kang" and the control group has significance. (p<0. 05, the group of "Yi Tang Kang" :48. 82±3. 53 Pμm;the control group: 54. 44±3. 60μm). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicines "Yi Tang Kang" can prevent from or repair the diabetic DNA damage.更多还原
