DNA分子标记在马铃薯遗传改良中的应用

【摘要】 随着分子标记技术的不断发展,它已成为一种常规的工具渗透到生物学研究的各个领域,对于作物遗传育种实践更是产生了巨大影响。本文就分子标记在目前马铃薯遗传育种中的种种应用,包括遗传连锁图谱构建,分子标记辅助选择,QTL分析,图位克隆, 功能图谱构建,种质资源研究等,阐述了分子标记在马铃薯遗传改良中的研究进展。
【Abstract】 As the development of molecular marker technology, it has become a routine tool that thrust its way into all areas of biology research and has a significant influence on crop breeding practice. This paper reviewed various applications in potato genetic improvement at present, including construction of genetic linkage map, marker-assistant selection, QTL analysis, map-based cloning, functional map development, and germ-plasm resource research, and also elucidated the practical significance of molecular marker on crop genetic improvement.
