金属陶瓷封装耐振型光电倍增管的研制

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了一种金属-陶瓷盘封结构的光电倍增管结构设计、制作工艺及其实验性样管的测试结果。其机械性能远超传统结构类型的光电倍增管,特别能满足恶劣环境下的运用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure design, technics and the testing result of sample on a rugged type photomultiplier tube are introduced, which has better mechanical characteristic than tradition type ones and can be especially used in severs environmemts.
