【摘要】 目的:了解丽水市女性商业性工作者与艾滋病相关的若干因素。方法:通过问卷调查丽水市女性商业性工作者人口学、行为学特征,了解她们艾滋病基本知识掌握情况及对艾滋病及感染者或病人的态度等;采集静脉血检测HIV抗体。结果:问卷调查女性商业性工作者149人, 9人拒绝回答问卷;平均年龄为24．1±4．0岁;文化程度初中及初中以下占78．6％;艾滋病知晓率 60．80％;每次都使用或经常使用安全套的比例达到90．0％;未发现静脉吸毒者;采血149份HIV 抗体均为阴性。结论:丽水市女性商业性工作者安全套使用率较高,且目前艾滋病感染率仍处于较低水平,但艾滋病基本知识知晓率偏低,说明必须加强干预力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study factors related to AIDS among Lishui municipal female commercial sex workers(FCSWs). Methods Investigating the characteristics of demographic and behavioral with questionnaires, and understanding their level of AIDS basic knowledge and their attitudes to AIDS or HIV positives(or AIDS patients) and so on; Collecting intravenous blood to test HIV antibody . Result A total of 149 FCSWs were studied with questionnaires and 9 of them refused to answer ;The average age of 140 FCSWs investigated was 24.1±4.0 years old; Of them 78.6% got an education of less than 9 years ; And the rate of knowing knowledge about AIDS was 60.80%; The 90.0% of FCSWs all or often used condom in commercial sex activities; It was not founded that FCSWs using drug by intravenous in the survey; None of 149 FCSWs was detected HIV positive. Conclusion The condom use rate was high in FCSWs and now the prevalence of HIV was a very low level, but the rate of knowing knowledge about AIDS is still a bit poor, so prevention efforts must continue for FCSWs.更多还原
