减肥就诊者饮食、生活行为等因素与体质指数的相关研究

【摘要】 目的了解超重与肥胖症患者出生体重、肥胖家族史、饮食生活行为;探讨体质指数与血压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖、胰岛素等临床指标的相关性。方法对2001 -2002年在浙江省温州、丽水地区四所综合性医院内分泌科门诊或减肥门诊351例超重或肥胖症患者进行问卷调查和临床检测,对体质指数与血压、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖、胰岛素等指标进行相关分析。结果调查者中有60.2%有肥胖家族史;调查对象中饮食生活行为表现为:经常或基本不吃早餐的占35.7%,挑食占10.3%,进餐速度快的为58.1%,有目的运动者占22.4%,每天平均运动时间为37.16±23.3min;体质指数与出生体重呈正相关关系 (r=0.261,p<0.01);体质指数与定时进餐(F=7.597、p<0.01)、进餐速度(rs=-0.115, p<0.05)、职业(F=5.362,p<0.01)及文化程度(rs=0.148,p<0.05)均有统计学意义; 与是否进食早餐无统计学意义;体质指数与血压、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、胰岛素呈正相关,而与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关。结论提示超重或肥胖症与遗传、出生体重、饮食与生活行为有一定相关;与血脂、血糖等密切相关;全社会应十分重视肥胖症的健康教育和行为干预。
【Abstract】 Objective To find out family history of obesity, the diet and living habits of overweight or obesity people and to probe into the correlation between Body Mass Index ( BMI) and blood pressure, triglyeride , cholesterol, blood sugar and insulin. Methods The data were acquired via survey and clinical detects of 351 relevant patients come from 4 general hospitals in Zhejiang province from July 1, 2001 to June 30,2002; Spearman correlation analysis was applied to discorer the correlation between BMI and blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, blood sugar and insulin. Results there are family history of obesity (60.2%); diet and living habits: those people tend to scarcely have breakfast(35.7%);choose food selectively (10.3%);eat fast (58.1%);the percentage of objective movement is 22.4%,and their average movement time everyday is 37.16 ±23.3 minutes.(2) there are significant difference among BMI with birth weight, regular meals, eating speed or occupation and civilization level; while no significant difference with breakfast conditions. (3) BMI has positive correlation with blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL), fasting glucose and insulin ;while negative correlation with high density lipoprotein(HDL). Conclusions obesity related to the heredity, diet and living habits ; BMI is correlated with birth weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL), fasting glucose and insulin, so health education and prevention of obesity should be strengthened.
