【摘要】 项目采购是项目管理中的重要组成部分。本文从博奕论的角度分析了项目采购过程中供应链合作伙伴关系是采购方和供应方非合作博奕过程的理性选择结果。运用委托代理理论方法讨论了在信息不对称的条件下,风险中性的采购方应如何激励风险中性的供应方,建立了项目招标方式的一次性采购过程中采购方效用最大化模型,以及在项目非招标方式的多次性采购过程中的声誉模型,提出了供应方的机会主义行为和供应方声誉的重要性对项目采购中供应链合作伙伴选择的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Project procurement is an important part of project management. In terms of the game theory, this paper considers that relational contract - based partnerships in supply chain are a rational selective result of the non - cooperative game between buyers and suppliers. According to the principal -agent theory, it discusses how to be stimulated risk - neutral suppliers under asymmetric information by risk - neutral buyers. A model to maximize buyers ’ expected utility is given to the way of project bidding in one - off purchasing and a reputation model to the way of project non - bidding in repetitious purchasing is also put forward. In addition, it analyses the influence that suppliers ’ opportunistic behaviour and an importance of suppliers’ reputation to the partner evaluation in supply chain.更多还原
