【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management and knowledge innovation are two key issues in the development of modern enterprises. The principal job of enterprises is to distinguish the connotation and relationship between knowledge management and knowledge innovation and then to construct the framework to realize them. In this paper, the connotation and relationship between knowledge management and knowledge innovation are first discussed, based on which some suggestions for modem enterprises to transform from knowledge management into knowledge innovation are proposed.更多还原
