【Abstract】 Based on the comparison, this paper analyses the relative factors that should be considered during the process of the profit distribution in the enterprises’ dynamic alliance and simply introduces two common models of guiding the profit distribution scheme based on the game theory. It gives out the advantages and disadvantages. The current research situation and developing directions as well as the existed problems of profit distribution and probable ways to solve them are discussed.更多还原
