【Abstract】 A structural equation model (LISREL) is developed on the effects of corporate governance factors on corporation performance in this paper. The investigated data are in three sequential years . Data analysis report indicates that there is a significant and positive relationship between internal shares percentage and corporation performance, while a significant and negative relationship between external shares percentage and corporation performance. In the end, several suggestions are provided. We discuss how to optimize the corporate governance mode in Western China.更多还原
