国家间信息化水平比较的灰关联分析方法

【摘要】 构建了国家间信息化水平比较分析的灰关联分析模型。给出了计算的方法和步骤。利用实际数据对28个国家的信息化水平进行了比较分析。

【Abstract】 The grey relational analysis model for the comparison of the informationization levels among countries is established, with the approach explained. For instance, the model is applied to 28 countries with the real data.
