【摘要】 目的:探寻治疗面神经炎更有效的方法。方法:将120例本病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组各40例。取穴分为两组,治疗组交替针刺并电针两组腧穴,对照Ⅰ组交替针刺两组腧穴,对照Ⅱ组每天针刺两组腧穴。观察三组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97．5%,痊愈率为70．0%:对照Ⅰ组总有效率为90．0％,痊愈率为40．0%;对照Ⅱ组总有效率为87．5％,痊愈率为42．5％。经Ridit分析,治疗组与对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ组疗效比较, 差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01);对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0．05)。结论:分组取穴、交替针刺并电针是一种更有效的面神经炎疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To search for a more effective therapy for facial neuritis .Methods : 120 cases of facial neuritis were randomly divided into an observation group .control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ,40 cases in each group.The selected acupoints were divided into two groups .For the observation group , needling and electroneedling alternate two groups of acupoints were administered ; For control group Ⅰ, needling alternate two groups of acupoints; For control group Ⅱ, needling two groups of acupoints daily .Their therapeutic effects were observed .Results: The total effective rate and the cured rate were respectively 97. 5% and 70.0% in the observation group, 90.0% and 40.0% in control group Ⅰ,87. 5% and 42. 5% in control group Ⅱ, with a very significant difference between the observation group and control group Ⅰ (P <0. 01), and between the observation group and control group Ⅱ (P <0. 01), without a significant difference between control group Ⅰ and control groupⅡ (P>0.05). Conclusion: Needling and electroneedling alternate two groups of acupoints is a more effective therapy for facial neuritis .更多还原
