【摘要】 目的:探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛状态有效方法及对脑脊液(CSF)中谷氨酸(GLU)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的影响。方法:将48例患者随机分为治疗组(24例),对照组(24例),治疗组采用经筋刺法, 对照组采用阳明刺法．运用高效液相检测治疗前后脑脊液GLU、GABA的含量。结果:根据康复医学评定结果及脑脊液GLU、GABA含量的差异表明,治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组(P<0．01)。结论:经筋刺法能有效地缓解脑卒中肢体痉挛状态且与调节脑脊液中GLU、GABA的含量密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This paper investigated the effective treatment of acupuncture about the spaticity of paralysis limbs and the relationship between the acupuncture to treat the spasticity and the quantity of GLU、GABA in Cerebro Spinal Fluid (CSF) .Methods: 48 patients were randomly divided into groups,treatment group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases ). Treatment group were treated by’the Acupuncture Method through Muscle Regions,but control group were treated by ’the only Use of the Points of the Channel of Yangming.The quantity of GLU、 GABA in CSF before and after treatment is measured by High Perfmance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). Result:The effective of treatment group was obviously superior to that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions:The investigation proved that the Acupuncture Method through Muscle Regions was effective for the spasticity of paralysis limbs and there is a closely relationship between the spasticity of paralysis limbs and the quantity of GLU、GABA in CSF.更多还原
